Craig Faas

Owner & Project Management and Technology Consultant

My focus is on you, the client, your issues and your needs.

I enjoy motivating people to develop into the best that they can be through mentorship and empowerment. I build culture, drive progress, and create action.

With 18 years of experience, I have managed multiple interdisciplinary teams of over 100 to deliver major projects (>$200MM) and have developed several full stack cyber-physical (IOT) systems. I have the leadership, research, and design skills to deliver your zero to one solutions on time and on budget.

I can create your quality systems, business systems, estimates, and schedules. I can control your projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies. I have hired, fired, negotiated, and investigated. If my day isn’t filled with designing and prototyping, it will be filled with construction support or firefighting.

Being a genuine polymath has been a long term help with contract decisions. I can translate technical jargon and quickly get the team back on the same page. My talent for building the right decisions and determining the salient points allow me to deliver on quality and resolve conflicts quickly and amicably.

I am an experienced business administrator with a passion for organizational excellence and efficiency. With over 10 years of experience in business administration, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Hailing from a small farming community in Saskatchewan, I developed a keen interest in business early on. After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Regina, she embarked on a journey to make her mark in the business world.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles in business administration, including Human Resources and Corporate Services Leader, Marketing Coordinator, and Financial Analyst. I have worked in the public, private and non-profit sector. My hands-on experience and dedication to excellence have helped organizations streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and achieve their business goals.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at the local elementary school helping young children learn to improve in reading, writing and math.
